Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with tags attached. Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for store credit.
To Receive Store Credit
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account. Store credit does not expire.
Sale items/Final Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Accessories are considered final sale items, unfortunately we cannot issue store credit. Accessories are Jewelry, Hats, Scarves, Handbags, Belts & Bodysuits. If something is damaged upon delivery please email firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
We do not offer exchanges due to limited inventory. If something is damaged upon delivery please email us immediately at email@example.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
* Items are photographed to it's best to show accurate colors, patterns, and measurements. Please not that various mobile and computer devices may have different color displays, brightness, etc. Pieces with variances will not be considered defective.
